As you have mentioned that your neet score is 148 marks which indeed are too less to get any seat in the government medical colleges. Though you belong to obc category and have hk reservation, still your chances to get a government seat for BHMS is almost negligible.

If we look over previous year's cutoff trend for BHMS in Karnataka then you must have have scored 380+ to get a seat under 85% state quota and 400+ to gat a seat under 15% All India Quota.

Now, looking the cutoff and comparing it with your score, it impossible to fetch a government seat for BHMS.

But you have sone chances to get a seat for BHMS in some self- financing private colleges.
