Hi I am an BCA GRADUATE can I apply for this exam?

In order to apply for GATE Entrance Exam you should have completed your Graduation with 4 years duration. You can also check the further eligibility to apply for the exam with the given below link.

To appear in GATE, you need to either have a bachelor degree in Engineering/Technology or have a masters in science stream.

Please note no minimum marks have been prescribed though.

Since you have done BCA, you are unfortunately not eligible for the exam.
