As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appearing in exam and the difficulty level so,if you belong to a general category and if you are applying under 15% all india quota seats then to be on safer side,you should score above 580 marks to secure a seat in government medical college in mumbai.i hope this information helps you.
