Congratulations for your great marks in jee.
You have high chances to get any governament or private engineering colleges or universities around india.
Since you are not willing to go beyond punjab or other states, I like to prefer you to have in PEC engineering college,punjab which could be referred as one of the best college around punjab and other good colleges like:
LPU
thapar university
which could also be a good option .but I would like to suggest you that you could join into any Top NITs which is a best choice for any engineering aspiring students

You can get almost any NITs like:
NIT, allahabadNIT, kurukshetraNIT, DURGAPURand also NIT, warangal which is considered as one of the best institutionAnd coming to IIITs
IIIT, hyderabad is the best choice for cse or ItI highly reccomend you to take this has your first choice if you want to join IIITs
I think IIIT hyderabad is better than NITs which is mentioned above
