Hello Pranjal,

Change in a college isn't allowed in normal circumstances, that too in the middle of a term. It is because, every college has a fixed number of seats allotted for a particular branch. Also, most colleges don't have the resources to conduct counselling adhoc.

I would suggest with the concerned college if they take students from another college in the mid of a course.
