Hi I belong to general pwd and I have scored 52 marks in jee main .Do I have any chance of getting a nit??

Congratulations first of all.Hope you are doing well and great coming to your question yes definitely you can get Nit as last year cutoff for pwd was -35.you are getting 52 almost more then 80 marks than the cutoff.
