Yes you can

But you should write jee mains paper 2 , that too if you are studying intermediate .

If your intermediate is completed you have to attend nata for next year. You can write nata yearly for good score

Admission to B.Arch. happens either with a JEE Mains Paper-2 score (SPAs, NITs, some of the Pvt colleges) or NATA+Board (IPI, Most of State Govt and Pvt colleges).
