Yes you are definitely eligible for April exam.
This time JEE will give you 2 chances and the maximum of two marks will be considered for the rank.

If you have passed class 12th in 2018 and have taken/not taken the JEE Main that year, you can appear for JEE Main 2019 January and April session as well as JEE Main 2020. This is your second last attempt of the exam
