Unfortunately for yor rank you can’t get CSE in vellore campus with and with out specialisation in Information security and BioInformatics. Based on the previous closing rank you don’t have chance to get CSE even in chennai campus. For your rank you have chances to get all branches at VIT vellore campus except CSE and ECE.
