Hi, i got 3200 rank but im from outside delhi. Will i get admission in IP

You have scored a very good rank in the entrance examinations. Based upon your rank you will surely get admission in one of the college of IP University. As you belong to outside Delhi so maybe you won't get preferred branch in a particular college because first preference is given to home state student. So this will be the only disadvantage you will face if you are from outside.
