Since your rank is > 15000 , possibilities of getting good NIT and IIIT decreases but again you can get NIT through homestate quota . If you want good branch then go for reputed private engineering colleges . I am giving you list of that

If you belong from Delhi region then apply for JAC Delhi counselling . you will surely get DTU ,NSIT or IIIT -DELHI
