Congrats on getting such good marks. First of all, I would like to tell you that you need to score 65% and above in 12th boards exam in order to get into any NIT. NTA hasn't announced cut off for IIT JEE 2019 yet and the expected cut off marks for OBC category falls between 45 and 73.
