Hello Vishal. With your mentioned rank it's tough for you to get into NITs. You could secure a seat at some newer nit like Puducherry or Sikkim but you should try for state level engineering colleges or private colleges for that matter where the prospects are brighter for you. You can use your JEE marks to get into state level engineering colleges and that would definitely hold you in good stead. Best of luck.
