Hello,
With 148 marks it'll be a little difficult to estimate if you will qualify for the second stage of NTSE but you seems to stand a fair chance. This year the exam pattern has been changed and the total marks have been increased to 200. Additionally, there has been an introduction of 27% reservation for OBC category students. Your selection for the second stage depends on the cut off that will be released by SCERT WB along with the result. Visit the link below to stay updated:

As per NTSE 2019 cutoff General category students should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. With this score you should be qualified stage 1, But the selection for the second round depends on West Bengal NTSE Cutoff.
It should be noted that there might be changes in cutoff due to change the Exam Pattern.
Good Luck!
