If this is for NEET PG, NBE will open its correction window tentatively from December 7th to December 15th. You can make changes to the Academic section of the application form. You can login to your application during this time and make the necessary changes. But this is a tentative period and so you need to keep an eye on the official website.

You should wait for opening date of Correction window.
Then only you can correct your application form.
