Hi i scored 86.46% in jee mains with AIR 153259 in general category. Is there any NIIT I can get admission into?

I think you might be able to get any of home state NIT but you won't get the Specialization you want.
As for NIT Meghalaya the closing rank for Civil Engineering for home state was 228378. So you might check for the admission in your state NIIT
