Hello Siddhi,

If you score more than 550 marks then You have decent chances for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.

If you score between 450 and 550 marks then may have chances for admission to Government colleges under state quota.

You can refer to this website to go through the NEET cut off of various government colleges in Mumbai.
