Dear Shrishti, In India, to become a Doctor you need to write and qualify in entrance examination. There are 3 medical entrance examinations that you can choose from to appear and qualify. They are NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER. But to get a seat in a Government college, you need to appear for NEET.
There are around 61,000 medical seats across 450 medical colleges across India. If you belong to General Category, you should have a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for SC, ST, OBC in your.10+2. You cannot get a Medical seat based on your 10+2 marks.

Hello Srishti
Since you have less than 75% marks in 12th, you are not eligible for NITs, IIITs or CFTIs through JEE-MAINS.( Applicable only for General and OBC candidates )
However you can try applying for University of Delhi and that might land you in a good government college in Delhi NCR ( depending upon the course that you are opting for ).
Good Luck
