Coming to your question, yes if you are interested in this field then it is a good option to consider a career as an HR in Hotel industry.
If you get a chance to work in some prestigious hotels then you do get a good pay. For example an HR manager working in Taj Hotels Resorts and palaces gets a a salary ranging between 1.3 lakhs INR to 22 lakhs INR with an average salary of 13.4 Lakhs INR.
You can start from a small hotel also and work your way up when you get better opportunities.
