You can get your migration certificate in both online and offline manner.

For offline route, you need to visit BIE office at hyderabad/Vijayawada with the required Certificates in original as well as xerox and hand over them all and clear all the formalities.

You will get your certificate in a day or two.

For online method, you need to download migration certificate performa and speed post it to the same location. Althy it will take 10-15 days.
