Hi! I'm Anmol. I want to know that Is this amount of 20,000 for seat allotment in AKTU is refundable in case if admission is cancelled due to any reason and if yes, what's the procedure to get back the amount?

Yes, UPSEE counselling fee is refundable if the candidate is not allotted any seat in any round of counselling or if the candidate withdraws from counselling before he/she freezes the seat allotted.

In case of those candidates, who were allotted a seat but have exercised “Withdraw” Option after allotment, he/she will be automatically treated as WITHDRAWN from the Counseling Process. The seat allotted to such candidates will be cancelled and shall be treated vacant. The registration fee of such candidates, after deduction of administrative charges with a rate of Rs 2000 per round of counseling in which the candidate has participated, shall be refunded online in the same account.
