Hi Im from hyderabad, I scored 96.36 percentile I wanna do B. Tech in hyderabad, am I eligible with this percentage??, what is the admission process by mains percentile.

See as per your percentile it is very difficult to get admission into IIIT Hyderabad because through JEE-Main channel they take the candidates around 99.7 percentile but you have just 96.36 but although note that this prediction is based upon previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-
