First you have to choose your course. Then you must have atleat 50% or more in the relevant stream in your 12th finam exams.

RIE Bhubaneswar: B.Sc.-B.Ed. (Physical and Biological Group), B.A. B.Ed., B.Ed. (Two Year)

For B.Sc B.Ed & B.A. B.Ed: Students must belong to Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tripura, West Bengal and Andaman and Nicobar Islands

For B.Ed (Two Year): Students must belong to Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal and Andaman and Nicobar Islands only

The eligible candidates can apply for the entrance exam in April every year. If you qualify the exam them you are all set to be a part of your dream Institution.
