Hello Aspirant,
Yes small dots on the OMR sheet is scanned by the machine. And then your marks will get calculated. OMR sheet is used so that there is no mistake while checking. Well NTA has released NEET OMR sheet on 5th of October and you can download it on their official website. If you have any problem then you could have submit objection which was till 7th of October till 6:00 p.m.
