Hey Vikas.

The eligibility criteria for an OBC category student for taking the AIIMS entrance is that you need to pass PCBE individually. And your minimum aggregate of PCBE should be atleast 60% in your 12th boards. So I think you are eligible to attempt AIIMS if your aggregate is atleast 60%. If it's less than 60 then you are not eligible.
