Since your profile says, you are a Medicine aspirant of 12th , then most probably you are asking this question in reference to the ongoing NEET UG All India Counselling (by Medical Counselling Committee).
As per the latest notice issued by MCC yesterday on their website (mcc.nic.in), the Round 1 of All India Counselling would start fresh, commencing from 8PM of 28th January, 2022). This fresh registration would end on 12 Noon (12 PM) of 30th January, 2022. Therefore within this time frame, you can edit your application details, as needed by logging in to your account.

You didn't mentioned which application form you are asking about. But in general, for most of the examination the Details that can't be changed are the Name of the candidate, Phone number, Email ID, Category etc. But there are provision to change the personal details., So for most of the cases you will be able to change the name of the Father in the application form.

Firstly, you should mention it clearly in which form you have written the wrong name. Many forms do not allow to edit information once added. Although, you should review your form before the final submission.
