hi mam/sir can u explain AMCAT exam advantages and by using this exam how can we get into IT industry

Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Test(AMCAT) is a test to evaluate a candidate’s skills such as aptitude skills, reasoning skills, technical skills, and mental ability skills. Any undergraduate or postgraduate student studying in final year can give this test.  The Exam has altogether 5 sections wherein 4 are compulsory and for the 5th section one needs to choose his/her domain.

The sections are:

1. Quantitative Ability

2. English Ability

3. Logical Reasoning

4. AMCAT personality inventory

5. Domain-specific test(optional)- Computer Programming(for developers job profile)

Computer Science(for network admins, Database related jobs)

Based on your score you will get shortlisted for companies listed on their website.

The main advantage of this test is that it provides good opportunities for a student studying in tier3 or tier4 colleges to get placed at a better company. The package offered by the companies listed is in the range of 1.2-5LPA. So it provides a better opportunity as it generalizes the test for all the students on a common platform. Also, it does not matter in which stream you are in, you just need to perform well in the test and based on that you can get the shortlisting.
