You haven't mentioned the name of the university and the program for which you're seeking admission I'm assuming it's IGNOU since it provided considerable amount of time to complete graduation, in case it's not please rectify me by writing down the details in the comment box below, see in GNOU it's important that you do your re-registration process in due time, you can appear for second and third year if you have already registered for second year and your re-registration for third year is still due, but you have to submit your assignments as per the date mentioned the officials prior to appearing for your term end exam, and in the exam you can fill all the subjects for second and third year, and pay the fees for the same,
