hi i have qualified NEET 2019 but unfortunately i dont do the registration for counselling what to do next if i wish to take addmission

You hava a preety descent rank don't get disappointed that you didn't get a seat in the first round. Try in the second round as you have ample chances of getting a seat in the upcoming round.
