It's very difficult to get into top B-School with this percentile even though you are NC-OBC.
I would suggest you to give other entrance exam like CMAT, mat , mah CET and try for it, else prepare well for next year and get in top b school.

34 percentile is too low for any category. You should look at attempting other exams like CMAT or state CET. These will give you a better score and better set of colleges to target.
You can look at top colleges at state level for MBA.
