According to your common merit rank of 4787, it may not be possible to get textile design in OBC (NC) category in NIFT as last year the last rank admitted for textile design in OBC (NC) category was 4448 in kangra.
Last year, the last rank admitted in any designing was around 4647 in fashion communication in srinagar.
You can try applying for 2nd round counselling or you can try in other colleges.
