with this rank you cannot get CSE in some of the best NITs. You have chances of getting some of the good NITs but there you will not get CSE. You can get other branches. If you want only CSE then you will get the lower ranked NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Meghalaya, etc. So it depends upon you what to do.
