Your question is not clear. What do you want to know that is not clear. So write for definite answer is also difficult.

Asking for bcb certificate then you have to apply to the concerned block office  or sub divisional office with valid documents  and with that you have to attach a  self declaration of your category it should be of a first class magistrate certificate, with the application you have to attached also and registered record copy of   land of your  ancesters in which their profession is  included. And if your category is included in Central list then will get the certificate from the respective authority.
