with this marks it will be quite difficult to get any NITs orr IITs.

but you can get some privaate college for M-Tech

Sorry to say when you are not qualified in gate exam with this you can't get any opportunity for higher studies or job.Only you can apply for private universities. If you are interested in higher then you can get direct admission in private universities.
