As per the official notification of SBI PO 2018, the minimum age limit for applying was 21 and maximum was 30 as on April 1, 2018.
Minimum age for applying was 21 and was counted from 1st April. You can apply for SBI PO 2019 based on their notification but you can start prepairing for the exam.

so if you are a graduate and if you are 21 years old by that time you can definitely apply for the exam.
