You have scored 476 marks in NEET 2019 and you also belong from the OBC category. Really that will be very helpful to you while taking admission in Government College as some special seats are being reserved for each and every special reserved category. Yes, you can take admission in government college at these marks but you might get some difficulty while getting admission there due to variation of cutoffs this year due to various factors. But still, you can take admission in good colleges too. I would suggest you check for government colleges, semi-government colleges, and even some good private colleges too in your state as you can get a seat in reserved quota too.

You haven't mentioned in which Entrance exam your son got this rank. There are multiple exams are going on like JEE Mains, JEE Mains Paper-2, Etc. Without knowing the entrance exam, it is very Difficult to answer the question.
