As a GENERAL category student appearing in the JEE Mains 2019, your NTA score of 58.95 doesn't seem sufficient for a good government college like NITs, IIITs or even GFTIs for that matter.
At an NTA score of 58.94 you should expect a CRL of around 3,50,000 to 3,70,000
