Dear Carol,
Counselling is the process where students get to select their courses in different government or private colleges based on various criteria such as marks, caste, state, etc. This is done for all streams like engineering, medical, law,etc. For MHTCET the process for registration for counselling and other details will be officially released online by the Maharashtra government.
