As per the Analysis taken by Careers360 for last year JEE Main Exam, it was found that the whole paper was rated from moderate to difficult by the undergone students.
JEE Main paper consisted of Maths, Chemistry and Physics. For Afternoon Session, the Maths and Physics section was found to be lengthy, difficult and tricky. The Chemistry section was comparatively easy.
For the Forenoon Session, the whole paper was rated at a level of moderate. Maths section was difficult, Physics was moderate to difficult and chemistry being easy.

Considering reviews of various candidates that appeared in the exam the final conclusion was that the paper was lengthy. Maths on the other hand was moderate and lengthy. Chemistry was the easiest section and questions were based on the NCERT syllabus. Lastly, thequestionswere uniformly asked from the whole syllabus in each of the subjects.However many candidate got a perfect 100 percentile so it totally depends on the preparation of a candidate.

JEE Main April 2019 paper was of Easy to Moderate level. More emphasis was, however, given to NCERT. As compared to the January session, the paper was almost of a similar level. Physics was relatively tougher.
Most of the candidates shared that of all the three sections of the exam - Mathematics was the toughest. According to JEE aspirants, Paper 1 of JEE Main 2019 was easier as compared to the exam in 2018.
According to some students, the Physics section was slightly difficult, Chemistry was easy while Mathematics was of moderate difficulty level. Furthermore, NTA conducted JEE Main 2019 in a better way as compared to CBSE, who conducted the exam till 2018. The exam was held smoothly, without any technical difficulties.
Physics had tricky questions requiring thinking skills and reasoning. Chemistry has Questions majorly from Surface Chemistry, Physical Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry topics like p block, d block etc. In Mathematics, the section had equal proportion of Class 11th and Class 12th Maths Syllabus. Majorly the questions were from Vectors, 3d, straight lines as well as Geometric Progression, Arithmetic Progression from Class 11th syllabus.

But candidate if you are going to appear for jee mains you should not think about the difficulty aur easyness of the paper..

Every year the level of paper is almost same, but for comparison students usually compare the days and shift of same session.
