Hey aspirant,
First of all you have to give the neet ug exam then you have to qualify in it for D pharm. Then you have to give the choice filling for counselling in West Bengal pharmacy colleges.
Next you have to contact to WBMCC, and you have to give a residential certificate. If you don't have residential certificate then you have to give a migration certificate. Then you will be able to get a pharmacy college in West Bengal.
