Hi sir, I did the registration for jee mains examination and completed it I did the registration in general category Is there any way i can change the category to OBC st this point of time

You can definitely change your category if you have made a mistake while filling the jee mains application. The correction window will open from 19th January till 21st January, 2021 after the registration process ends on 16th January with the last date of fee payment on 17th January.
