I would like to inform you that you cannot change the college after your 1st year completion of graduation degree program. And you can change your college from non-autonomous to autonomous only when the both of the colleges comes in the same university or the same group. You have only one option that you have take fresh admission to the desired college which you want. And I hope this information will help you. So keep studying keep growing.
