Rahul bro have you got a seat till now? I guess no one from Sc category(male) have got any preparatory seat till now.

Yes bro no SC male has till got preparatory seat. Let's hope for the best and i'm still having faith in GOD for the last time. But I'm very very tensed.But buddy you said that "your friend who have studied in IITB has told you with your rank you can get easily get preparatory course in IIT" So what about that? Was he wrong? But he did guarantee you that you will get??Have you spoke to your that friend about this problem?
sir, how shall the councilling process will be, if for an example, i have opted for NIT, IIT and IIIts, if i get a seat in NIT. How and when will be my preparatory seat get alloted.

You can definitely convert newer IIT like Jammu., Palakkad, Dharwad, Jodhpur, Tirupati, Ropar under Preparatory course.
Top 3000 ranks have good chances of conversion under SC category.
