hi sir/madam im not interest to join the seat allotment in the 1st phase of gate counselling but i given the report at college now i want to change the college it is possible . if i pay tution fee at which i alloted the seat is refund or not ? give me suggestion ?

Hey Anusha! If you sit in the other round of counselling and if seat is allotted to you then you can switch the institution. In most of the college the fees is refundable after cutting certain amount but there are some colleges which doesn't follow the return policy. Hope this may help you.
