With a rank of 12910 through SC category you can mid tier NIT such as NIT Hamirpur, NIT Srinagar, NIT Surat and others. You have also qualified for jee advanced and can get good marks in it to secure good seat in IIT.

Hii Sanjay.your category rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough a chance to get a medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela,etc.
You might get some lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, NITs from North-east,etc and some IIITs such as IIIT Nagpur, IIIT kancheepuram,etc.
You should try to score good in JEE Advanced to get IITs.
