Kakatiya University, Warangal has scheduled TS ICET 2019 for May 23-24, 2019 in two sessions. Indian nationals satisfying local/non local status requirements laid down in the Telangana State Educational Institutions can apply for the examination. Registration window is open from March 11,2019 and the entire procedure will be completely online. For Local candidates, they need to produce the local candidate certificate issued by the MRO or a competent authority. If you dont have it, you can apply under the non local category too.

Hello, hope you are doing well, here is the eligibility criteria for the students applying for TS ICET
- He/she must be a citizen of India satisfying the local/nonlocal status as provided in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions.
So, by the above eligibility criteria, your wife can write the exam if she has non-local status from the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions. Its ok kind of thing if she doesn't have any local identity proof.
