Hello friend ,thanks for asking this question on this platform.now as you mentioned that you will complete your graduation in 2020 and you want to give the exam of jam 2019 .
So firstly I would like to tell you that when you will fill form of jam you have to mention your CGPA or percentage in your graduation (minimum 5.5 for general category required) but you don't have that .so your application form will not submit .you can also see the complete eligibility criteria for jam 2019.
