there is not any fixed eligibility criteria percentage in BTech but if you are going to do your MS from abroad University then you will have to secure the minimum percentage to give the entrance exam like GRE and TOEFL which is near about 60% different universities has different criteria this eligibility percentage vary country to country and university to University , your academic record matters for having scholarship in the university ,you can have scholarship if your percentage in your record is good.
