With this percentile score ; your approximately is near about 80&90 thousand.
And with this rank it is not possible to get a good college with core branch. There may be chances that you will get non core branch in low ranking nits like : nit srinagar; Andhra Pradesh; etc.( But it will not fruitfull ).
Better to take admission in state government or in good private college .
