Hi, Tried to update the photo on JEE mains application for Jan2020, but unable to update it, system not allowing us to update. Intially we uploaded a colour photo and later understand that back ground should be white, suggest me how can I rectify? Is colour photo with colour back ground is okay? sai

Dear Sairam, were you asked to change the uploaded photograph? Did you receive any notification from NTA at your registered email or mobile number asking you to change your uploaded photograph? You change your photo only if you have received any such notification If you haven't received any notification, consider your application to be good and no uploading of new photograph is necessary. But if you received a notification, visit the official website and there on the Homepage you will see "Image Discrepancy". Click on that and login with your login credentials and upload a new photography complying with the guidelines.
